Dragon Craw

The Dragon Craw is an impressionistic fly that resembles a Crawdad or a dragon fly nymph. I really like this fly for imitating small crawdads or dragon fly nymphs, which carp love. Grass Carp will chase this fly down too especially in Olive or chartreuse! I've also taken several Smallmouth Buffalo on this fly too! Also a good choice for Carp up on the Great Lakes, as they love a nice tasty crawdad. Tied on a #6 Ahrex mini jig hook, with XS dumbbell eyes. This fly will catch just about every other kind of freshwater fish that swims as well, like Smallmouth and Largemouth Bass, the list is long.
