Galaxy Worm
I've had some great results tossing this fly to Common, Grass Carp and Smallmouth Buffalo in Indiana, the drag and drop method seems to work the best with this fly. The tail of this fly is tied using a special kind of chenille that has a subtle amount of small Glitter type flash already built into the chenille. Carp love flies with worm type tails and they love rubber legs too, this fly also has many tiny rubber legs for added attraction tied into the body. Tied on a #6 or #8 MFC curved shank hook, which aids in the fly standing straight off the bottom for added enticement, I like the size #8. The fly is tied with extra wide medium bead chain eyes for a stealthier approach. Try the Red color in cold water, Red seems to do really well in Fall and Winter. Bass and Bluegill love this fly too! Please note, If you prefer to swap out extra small lead dumbbell eyes with a little more weight just leave a note at checkout.
